Traders Trust review

Traders Trust previously operated a genuinely multi-jurisdictional structure including a direct CySEC (Cyprus) licence, but CySEC withdrew that authorisation in June 2026 at the firm's own request -- it's no longer EU-regulated as a result (see the regulatory note below). The Seychelles FSA and Bermuda licences remain. Multi-asset offering across forex, indices, stocks, crypto, and metals; notably doesn't offer MetaTrader 5, running MT4 and cTrader instead.

Data last reviewed: 8 October 2026 Regulation last reviewed: 8 October 2026 Pricing last checked: March 2026 Next scheduled review: January 2027
Worth knowing: Major update: CySEC withdrew TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd's Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation (licence 107/09) at the firm's own request, announced 9 June 2026 -- a voluntary exit from CySEC regulation (the licence had also been suspended once before, in 2017, and later reinstated). This broker is therefore no longer EU/MiFID-regulated. Separately, a Japan FSA/IOSCO alert flags a related-named Bermuda entity ("TTCM Traders Capital Limited," trading as "TradersTrust") for unregistered solicitation in Japan -- it's unclear whether this is the same corporate family as the Cyprus or Seychelles entities reviewed here, so treat that warning as unconfirmed for this specific entity. The group also operates TTCM Traders Capital Ltd under the Bermuda Monetary Authority, not Tier-1 and excluded here. FSA Seychelles-licensed, per the official FSA Capital Markets register; licence number not independently confirmed.

Strengths

    Weaknesses

    • Thinner regulatory footprint than most peers on this list
    • No EU, UK, or Australian-tier regulator -- its primary licence is offshore (Seychelles FSA), which offers materially less retail investor protection than an EU/MiFID licence.
    • Minimum deposit and/or EUR/USD spread could not be independently confirmed -- check current terms directly with the broker.

Who Traders Trust is -- and isn't -- a good fit for

Likely a good fit if you're...

    • Traders outside the EU/UK who have already done their own due diligence on the offshore entity and are comfortable with that risk profile.

    Look elsewhere if you're...

    • Traders who need EU- or UK-level regulatory protection and investor compensation -- this broker's only confirmed licence is the Seychelles FSA, which carries materially lighter oversight and no compensation scheme (see Investor protection below).

Derived from the same confirmed data behind this broker's score (regulation, cost, platforms, deposit minimum) -- not a separate editorial judgment.

    Investor protection

Via its Seychelles FSA-licensed entity, there is no statutory investor compensation scheme -- if that entity fails, there is no guaranteed fund to recover client money from.

Accounts, costs & support in more depth

Beyond the headline spread and minimum deposit above. Where our research hasn't independently confirmed a specific detail, we say so rather than guess -- verify directly with the broker before relying on it.

Account typesSources conflict: Classic/Pro/VIP per one source, Standard/ECN/Demo per another, plus Social Copy Trader and MAM accounts and Islamic/zero-spread options mentioned elsewhere. Given the CySEC withdrawal disclosed above, confirm current availability directly.
Execution modelDescribed loosely as ECN-style/STP across sources, without a definitive, independently verified breakdown.
Withdrawals & depositsOne undated review cites broker-side fees up to around 4.5% on Neteller, 3.35% on cards, and 0.5% on FasaPay/OKPAY, with wire and WebMoney described as fee-free from the broker (bank fees may still apply). Minimum deposit is cited as either $50 or $100 depending on the source.
Overnight financing (swap)Not independently detailed; standard industry mechanics are presumed.
Currency conversion costNot found as a Traders Trust-specific figure.
Inactivity feeOne review cites $25; not corroborated elsewhere.
Customer serviceTrustpilot shows a notably strong 4.5/5 from 548 reviews, with the company reportedly responding to nearly all negative reviews within about a week. One March 2026 complaint describes an account discrepancy, and one unverified report describes spreads widening sharply during a profitable period, which support attributed to volatility.
Mobile experienceNo App Store or Google Play rating was found.
Educational offeringThe broker's own materials reference videos, calculators, market insights, copy trading and historical data; no independent review of quality or a confirmed webinar program was found.
