Trade360 review

Multiple independent sources report that Crowd Tech Ltd voluntarily renounced its CySEC licence and ceased onboarding new EU clients in 2023 after a EUR230,000 CySEC settlement, so this broker's current operating/regulatory status is uncertain and should be independently reconfirmed.

2.32 / 5 overall EU-regulated (MiFID passporting) · est. 2013

Worth knowing: Multiple independent reports indicate this entity (Crowd Tech Ltd, formerly MPF Global Markets Ltd) voluntarily renounced its CySEC authorisation and stopped onboarding new EU clients in 2023 after a regulatory settlement -- current operating status is unclear and should be independently reconfirmed before relying on this broker. CySEC has also repeatedly extended a prohibition on Petros Zachariades, Crowd Tech's sole shareholder, from exercising management duties and voting rights on the board, first imposed around January 2023. Separately, the Trade360 brand's Australian operator, Sirius Financial Markets Pty Ltd, surrendered its ASIC licence in July 2022 following an investigation into high-pressure sales tactics, and two former executives received 8-year management bans. Trade360 now relies on Seychelles FSA/Mauritius FSC oversight -- having lost or surrendered two previously-held Tier-1/Tier-2 regulators is a serious pattern worth weighing heavily.

    Who Trade360 is -- and isn't -- a good fit for

Likely a good fit if you're...

    • EU- and/or UK-based traders who want the regulatory protections and investor compensation scheme that come with a CySEC and/or FCA licence (see Investor protection below).

    Look elsewhere if you're...

    • Cost-sensitive traders -- this broker scores below most peers on our cost factor (higher spread and/or minimum deposit relative to the set).

Derived from the same confirmed data behind this broker's score (regulation, cost, platforms, deposit minimum) -- not a separate editorial judgment.

    Investor protection

Via its EU-regulated entity (MiFID passporting), eligible clients are covered by that entity's home EU member state's investor compensation scheme -- typically up to €20,000, though the exact scheme and cap depend on which country licenses the entity.

Accounts, costs & support in more depth

Beyond the headline spread and minimum deposit above. Where our research hasn't independently confirmed a specific detail, we say so rather than guess -- verify directly with the broker before relying on it.

Account typesReported inconsistently across sources: one lists Mini ($250 minimum), Standard360 ($1,000), Gold ($5,000), Platinum ($10,000) and Diamond ($50,000), plus a swap-free Islamic360 ($10,000 minimum); an earlier source instead listed a "VIP" tier in place of Diamond -- naming isn't fully consistent.
Execution modelMarkets a proprietary "CrowdTrading" sentiment-analysis layer on top of its trading offering; the underlying execution model (dealing desk vs. STP) wasn't clearly confirmed.
Withdrawals & depositsMethods include credit/debit card, e-wallet, and bank transfer (mobile app deposits are card-only). Withdrawals are returned via the original deposit method up to the deposited amount, with any excess via bank transfer; the broker reportedly processes requests within 3 business days, though total time to receive funds varies by method. Spreads are reported as relatively wide versus larger brokers (EUR/USD around 3 pips, GBP/USD around 5 pips).
Overnight financing (swap)Not found in detail; the Islamic360 account is swap-free.
    Currency conversion costNot found.
    Inactivity feeNot found.
Customer serviceNot independently assessed beyond the regulatory history disclosed above -- given Trade360's loss of CySEC and ASIC oversight, most third-party attention on this broker now centers on its regulatory history rather than routine service quality.
    Mobile experienceNot found.
Educational offeringNo dedicated course content was found beyond the "CrowdTrading" live sentiment feed, which the platform markets as an analytical/educational tool in itself.
