Who LiteForex is -- and isn't -- a good fit for

Likely a good fit if you're...

    • Beginners or smaller accounts -- the confirmed minimum deposit ($50) is low enough to start with limited capital.
    • EU- and/or UK-based traders who want the regulatory protections and investor compensation scheme that come with a CySEC and/or FCA licence (see Investor protection below).

    Look elsewhere if you're...

    • Cost-sensitive traders -- this broker scores below most peers on our cost factor (higher spread and/or minimum deposit relative to the set).

Derived from the same confirmed data behind this broker's score (regulation, cost, platforms, deposit minimum) -- not a separate editorial judgment.

    Investor protection

Via its CySEC-regulated Cyprus entity, eligible clients are covered by Cyprus's Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) up to €20,000 per person if the firm fails.

Accounts, costs & support in more depth

Beyond the headline spread and minimum deposit above. Where our research hasn't independently confirmed a specific detail, we say so rather than guess -- verify directly with the broker before relying on it.

Account typesClassic (0% commission, spread markup, floating from around 1.8 pips on MT5 per one source) and ECN (flat $5 round-turn commission per lot, floating spreads from around 0.1 pips). Islamic/swap-free accounts are offered, but LiteForex explicitly reserves the right to begin charging a servicing fee on Islamic accounts at any time, and has previously applied special daily fees to swap-free accounts holding oil positions during periods of oil-market stress -- a meaningful disclosure since "swap-free" doesn't mean fee-free in every case here.
Execution modelECN execution on the ECN account; the Classic account appears to be a dealing-desk/spread-markup model.
Withdrawals & depositsMinimum deposit $50 for both account types. Minimum transaction $1 for e-wallets, $10 for cards; card withdrawals reportedly carry a 3.5% fee with a $1.01 minimum. Deposit fees are reimbursed for local methods, which process instantly. Funding via Mastercard/Visa, Skrill and Neteller.
Overnight financing (swap)Standard swap applies on non-Islamic accounts; Islamic accounts avoid the standard swap but are subject to the broker's discretionary servicing/oil-contract fees noted above.
Currency conversion costNot found -- no specific fee or percentage was located.
Inactivity feeNot found specifically for this entity.
Customer serviceOne comparison source describes 24/5 multilingual support with a personal manager assigned to each trader -- a positive claim that isn't independently verified by complaint-tracking sources, as no Trustpilot-specific data was found for this exact entity.
Mobile experienceDescribed by one reviewer as simple and ideal for newcomers, with technical-analysis tools and copy-trading features, but no specific App Store or Google Play star rating was found for this entity.
Educational offeringOne review source (ranking it 8th among CFD brokers compared, at 3.7/5) describes a rich education centre with daily analysis and quality training guides -- generally positive but not deeply substantiated across multiple independent sources.
