CySEC settled with BCM Begin Capital Markets CY Ltd -- operator of the ProfitLevel and CapitalPanda brands -- three times during 2022-2023, with settlements reported around EUR170,000, then EUR100,000, then a further EUR50,000 tied specifically to providing investment services to Slovenian residents without authorisation. The firm voluntarily renounced its CySEC licence in 2023 and ProfitLevel's services closed shortly after.
