3-candle pattern · Bearish continuation / reversal
Three black crows is the mirror image of three white soldiers: three consecutive bearish candles, each opening within the prior candle’s body and closing at a new low. It reflects the same sustained, steady character as three white soldiers, just to the downside.
As with three white soldiers, the pattern’s strength comes from the buying (or here, selling) being spread evenly across three sessions rather than compressed into one sharp move, which is generally read as more sustainable pressure than a single large candle — though, again, a very fast run of three can also warn of a short-term oversold bounce.
